Many of the prebake pot-lines still have the same pot cover design as initially installed. As a result of this, pot hoods or covers are often heavy and expensive with poor gas collection performance.

Impec AS can supply a completely new design for your pot-line with focus on sealing performance, weight, durability, insulation and lifetime cost.

New Impec alternative design will be completely interchangeable with the original design. We can supply both manual and PTM operated, with or without steps.

Our designs have resulted in improved pot sealing, lower costs, improved strength and reduced weight compared to the existing design.
